*We are NO longer accepting Medicaid clients, Medicare clients, or clients under the age of 14.
We require 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. A fee of $75 will be charged for same day cancellations and or missed appointments. This fee is not covered by Insurance. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and care credit.
Tele-Psychiatry and Physical Visits: for in-person visits: You will receive the address in your appointment confirmation.

Demetris is a dual board-certified Doctoral Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 18 years in medical experience, she has a strong passion for helping others and takes pride in her ability to focus on the patient as a whole being. With a background in public health, home health, psychiatry, and education, Demetris brings a unique perspective.
